铬的生理功能及其在畜禽营养上的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 铬是维持畜禽机体生理功能的必需微量元素之一,在调控畜禽生理机能方面起着重要的作用。文章综述了微量元素铬的分类、吸收、代谢、生理功能(包括铬对畜禽糖代谢、脂肪代谢和蛋白代谢的影响;对免疫功能的影响;对畜禽抗氧化性能的影响以及对畜禽应激的影响)以及铬在猪、鸡、牛等畜禽营养上的研究进展,为铬在畜禽营养中更科学的应用提供理论基础。
