基于可拓知识的工业泵产品配置方法研究

摘要 针对现有产品配置设计过程中企业对历史设计数据利用率不高,客户需求分析不完全,产品配置可变化性不强等问题,提出了基于可拓知识的工业泵产品配置设计方法。通过分析企业历史数据信息,建立了工业泵产品的可拓配置模型,对工业泵产品配置进行求解;根据模块特征信息,采用了可拓距的相似度算法,实现产品配置实例的检索;最后通过可拓配置变换,消除客户需求与产品实例间矛盾不相容问题,实现了工业泵产品的智能配置。 Aiming at the problems of low utilization rate of historical design data,incomplete analysis of customer needs,and low variability of product configuration in the existing product configuration design process,an industrial pump product configura⁃tion design method based on extension knowledge is proposed.By analyzing the historical data of the enterprise,an extension con⁃figuration model of industrial pump products was established to solve the configuration of industrial pump products;according to the module feature information,the similarity algorithm of extension distance was adopted to realize the retrieval of product configu⁃ration examples;finally passed Extensible configuration transformation eliminates the contradiction and incompatibility between customer needs and product examples,and realizes the intelligent configuration of industrial pump products.
