摘要
厚膜集成电路(HIC),是利用网版印刷技术等用表面贴装工艺安装在一起形成局部电路,HIC集成各种电子元件制成的电路不仅体积小、重量轻,而且功能很强大。
Hybrid Integrated Circuits(HIC), is the use of screen printing technology and other surface mount technology installed together to form a local circuit. HIC integrated with various electronic components of the circuit is not only small in size, light in weight, but also very powerful.
