摘要
代谢组学是利用高通量技术对生物系统内由病理生理变化所产生的代谢物进行定量测量,研究生物体内某一时刻所有内源性小分子物质变化的一种研究方法。近年来,代谢组学在疾病分子标志物的发现、疾病的诊断和预测、发病机制的研究等方面发挥了重要作用。子痫前期(PE)是常见的妊娠期并发症,是围产期死亡和医源性早产的重要原因。目前,该疾病发病机制仍不明确,且缺乏有效的早期预测及诊断手段。本文就代谢组学在PE的分子标志物发现、PE预测及发病机制等方面中的研究进展进行综述。
Metabonomics is a research method using high-throughput technology to quantitatively measure the metabolic changes caused by pathophysiological changes in the biological system and study the changes of all endogenous small molecule substances in the organism at a certain moment.In recent years,metabonomics has played an important role in the discovery of molecular markers of diseases,the diagnosis and prediction of diseases,and the study of pathogenesis.Preeclampsia(PE)is a common complication of pregnancy and an important cause of perinatal death and iatrogenic preterm birth.At present,the pathogenesis of this disease is still unclear,and there is a lack of effective means of early prediction and diagnosis.This paper reviews the research progress of metabonomics in the discovery of molecular markers,prediction and pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
