摘要
早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)的发病率逐年上升,严重影响了患者的生活质量。POI发病因素多样、发病机制复杂且治疗手段有限,寻找其有效治疗方式已经成为了研究热点。研究显示,干细胞能够通过分化、抑制凋亡、自分泌与旁分泌、抗炎、基因调控等机制修复卵巢功能,有望成为POI的有效治疗方式。本文对不同来源干细胞治疗POI的研究进展做简要综述。
The incidence of premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)is increasing,which seriously affects the quality of patients’life.Due to its diversity of pathogenic factors,complex pathogenesis and limited treatment methods,the search for finding effective treatment of POI has become a hotspot.Current studies have shown that stem cells can repair ovarian function through their differentiation,inhibition of apoptosis,autocrine and paracrine,anti-inflammatory,gene regulation and other mechanisms,which is expected to become an effective way for treatment of POI.This paper briefly reviews the research progress of POI treatment with stem cells from different sources.
