摘要
早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)严重影响女性的生殖健康及心理健康。微小RNA(miRNA)是转录后调控的非编码RNA,其通过调控细胞的生理病理进程参与疾病的发生发展。近年来,卵巢中发现的功能性miRNA逐渐增多,这些功能性miRNAs主要参与调控卵巢功能细胞的增殖和凋亡、卵泡成熟及卵泡闭锁,进而影响卵巢功能。研究表明,miRNAs与POI疾病的发生发展及治疗关系密切。本文将对miRNAs在POI中的相关机制研究进展进行综述。
Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)seriously affects female reproductive and mental health.MicroRNA(miRNA)is a post transcriptional non-coding RNA,which participates in the occurrence and development of diseases by regulating the physiological and pathological processes of cells.In recent years,more and more functional miRNAs have been found in the ovary.These functional miRNAs are mainly involved in regulating the proliferation and apoptosis of ovarian functional cells,follicular maturation,follicular atresia,and then affect ovarian function.Studies have shown that miRNAs are closely related to the occurrence,development and treatment of POI diseases.This paper reviews the research progress of miRNAs in POI.
