开放大学“国际法”课程的思政教学

摘要 作为开放大学法学本科学历层次课程,“国际法”开展课程思政具有其必要性。在“国际法”课程的教学实践当中,应遵循内生育德的教育路径,以习近平法治思想为抓手,搭建课程思政理论与现实之间的桥梁,深入挖掘点状分布思政元素,以各种科学有效的教学方法和手段发挥课程思政隐性教育的辅助功效,并以合理的思政考核评价机制加以完善。
