地方师范院校思教专业学生核心素养探析——以白城师范学院为例

摘要 培育学生核心素养,教师核心素养水平是关键。文章通过问卷方式对白城师范学院思教专业学生核心素养现状进行了调查,在分析存在问题和成因基础上,提出培育师范生核心素养应加强学习观教育,构建理论与实践有机结合的课程体系,运用以学为主、以教为辅的教学方式,实施过程性和终结性相结合的评价方式,为地方院校思教专业师范生核心素养的提升提供参考。 To cultivate students’core literacy,teachers’core literacy level is the key.Through investigat-ing the current situation of core literacy of students majoring in ideological and political education in Ba-icheng Normal University by questionnaire,on the basis of analyzing the existing problems and causes,this paper puts forward that it is necessary to cultivate core literacy of normal students by strengthening the edu-cation of learning view,constructing the curriculum system combined with theory and practice,use the learn-ingoriented and teaching-assisted teaching method,and implementing the evaluation method of combining process and result,so as to provide reference for the improvement of core literacy of normal students major-ing in ideological and political education in local colleges and universities.
