中药调控棕色脂肪组织解偶联蛋白1表达的机制研究概述 被引量:1

摘要 中药治疗肥胖历史悠久,临床疗效确切,其具体作用机制尚未明确。近年来发现中药具有调节棕色脂肪组织解偶联蛋白1表达来治疗肥胖的作用,可能通过多种信号通路发挥功效,主要涉及能量代谢、炎症反应两大生物学过程,可细分为五大信号通路:(1)通过单磷酸腺苷激活蛋白激酶(AMP-activated protein kinas,AMPK)通路加快能量消耗;(2)通过丝氨酸蛋白激酶(protein kinase A,PKA)和酪氨酸蛋白激酶(protein kinase G,PKG)信号通路促进脂肪动员;(3)通过瞬时受体电位香草素亚家族成员1(transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily V member 1,TRPV1)/乙酰化酶1信号通路抑制脂质积累;(4)通过丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen activated protein kinase,MAPK)信号通路抗炎改善葡萄糖抵抗;(5)通过热休克因子1(heat shock factor 1,HSF1)信号通路应激激活相关产热因子。 Treating obesity with Chinese medicinls has a long history,and precise clinical efficacy,but its specific mechanism of action is not yet clear.In recent years,it has been found that the Chinese medicinals have the effect of regulating the expression of brown adipose tissue uncoupling protein 1 to treat obesity,which may work through a variety of signaling pathways,mainly involving two biological processes of energy metabolism and inflammatory reaction,and can be divided into five signaling pathways:(1)acceleration of energy metabolism via AMP-activated protein kinas(AMPK)pathway;(2)promotion of fat mobilization via protein kinase A(PKA)and protein kinase G(PKG)signaling pathways;(3)inhibition of lipid accumulation via transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily V member 1(TRPV1)/acetylase 1 signaling pathway:(4)anti-inflammatory improvement of glucose resistance via mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPK)signaling pathway;(5)stress activations of thermogenic factors via heat shock factor 1(HSF1)signaling pathway.
