创业教育、创业自我效能感与创业意向的关系研究

Research on the Relationship between Entrepreneurship Education,Entrepreneurship Self-efficacy and Entrepreneurial Intention

创业意向是创业研究领域的重要变量。本研究把创业意向分为创业目标意向和创业执行意向两个维度去探究,并引入创业自我效能感这一中介变量。在回顾相关理论的基础上,对创业教育、创业自我效能感、创业目标意向和创业执行意向的关系建立理论模型,以585名大学本科生为实证研究对象,通过问卷调研进行回归分析及结构方程模型分析,检验研究假设。研究结果显示:创业教育不仅直接影响创业目标意向,还通过创业自我效能感间接影响创业目标意向;创业自我效能感在创业教育与创业目标意向间起部分中介作用;创业教育对创业执行意向不直接影响,仅通过创业自我效能感间接影响创业执行意向;创业自我效能感在创业教育与创业执行意向中起到完全中介作用。

Entrepreneurship intention is an important variable in the field of entrepreneurial research.This study divides entrepreneurial intention into entrepreneurial goal intention and entrepreneurial execution intention and introduces the intermediary variable of entrepreneurial self-efficacy.On the basis of reviewing related theories,a theoretical model of the relationship between entrepreneurial education,entrepreneurial self-efficacy,entrepreneurial goal intention and entrepreneurial execution intention was established.Taking 585 undergraduate students as the empirical research object,the regression analysis and structural equation model analysis were conducted through questionnaire and the research hypotheses was tested.The research results show that entrepreneurship education not only directly affects entrepreneurial goal intentions,but also indirectly affects entrepreneurial goal intentions through entrepreneurial self-efficacy,that entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a part of the mediating role between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial goal intentions,that entrepreneurial education does not directly affect entrepreneurial implementation intentions,but indirectly affects entrepreneurial implementation intentions through entrepreneurial self-efficacy,and that entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a completely intermediary role in entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial implementation intentions.
