摘要
工匠精神是“双高计划”建设背景下高素质技术技能人才培养的核心理念。本文通过分析“双高计划”的核心价值和时代意蕴,工匠精神的价值内涵,以及“双高计划”、工匠精神与师资建设三者之间的关联性,论述了“双高计划”建设背景下发掘高职院校教师工匠精神的重要性,并探索了工匠型师资队伍建设的实施路径。
Craftsmanship spirit is the core concept of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents under the background of the construction of"Double High Plan".By analyzing the core value and time implication of the"Double High Plan",the value connotation of craftsman spirit,and the relationship between the"Double High Plan",craftsman spirit and teacher construction,this paper discusses the importance of craftsman spirit of teachers in vocational colleges under the background of the"Double High Plan"construction,and explores the implementation path of craftsman teacher construction.
