羊支原体山羊肺炎亚种在两种培养基上的生长特性比较

Comparison of Growth Characteristics of Mycoplasma Capricolum Subsp.Pneumoniae on Two Media

通过比较山羊支原体肺炎亚种在两种不同培养基上的繁殖情况,筛选出成本低、生长迅速、产量高的适合疫苗制备的培养基。选用山羊支原体肺炎亚种F38株,分别接种到改良的Thiaucourt’s肉汤(MTB)培养基和含5%马血清的改良培养基(HF3)上,在144h内检测菌落形成单位(colony forming units,CFU)、颜色变化单位(color change units,CCU)、菌体蛋白浓度变化情况,并绘制出生长曲线图。山羊支原体肺炎亚种F38株在HF3培养基中CCU计数和CFU计数均高于MTB培养基上的计数,但蛋白浓度略低于MTB培养基培养情况,HF3培养基较MTB具有更好的培养效果。

By comparing the reproduction of Mycoplasma capricolum pneumoniae subsp.on two different mediums,a medium suitable for vaccine preparation with low cost,rapid growth and high yield was screened out.Mycoplasma capricolum pneumonia subsp.pneumoniae F38 strain was selected and inoculated into modified Thiaucourt’s broth(MTB)medium and modified medium(HF3)containing 5%horse serum,respectively.The colony forming units(CFU),color change units(CCU)and bacterial protein concentration changes were detected within 144 h,and the growth curve was drawn.The CCU count and CFU count of M.capricolum subsp.pneumoniae strain F38 in HF3 medium were higher than those in MTB medium,but the protein concentration was slightly lower than that in MTB medium.HF3 medium had better culture effect than MTB medium.
