阿旺绵羊种公羊精液冷冻保存技术的研究

The Research on Training and Semen Cryopreservation of the Breeding Rams of Awang Sheep

阿旺绵羊属于三江型藏绵羊,是西藏宝贵的优良绵羊品种资源。本研究以种质资源保护为目,在研究如何调教阿旺绵羊种公羊进行精液的人工采集基础上,对阿旺绵羊的精液冷冻技术进行了初步研究,为阿旺绵羊种公羊遗传资源的保护,提高优质公羊个体的利用率,以及阿旺绵羊快速优繁奠定基础。试验选用2~4岁优秀的阿旺绵羊种公羊个体70余只进行人工采集精液调教。在6个月内通过人工饲喂草料、人与羊主动接触、多只公羊同时采精等方法,共调教出21只公羊。同时参照《羊冷冻精液生产技术规程》(NY/T 3186-2018),成功开展了阿旺绵羊种公羊精液采集、冷冻、质检和贮存的初步研究,结果显示阿旺绵羊个体之间原精品质具有显著差别。

The Awang sheep belong to the Sanjiang type Tibetan sheep,which is a valuable resource of excellent sheep breeds in Tibet.In order to protect germplasm resources,this study conducted a preliminary study on the freezing and cryopreservation of semen of Awang sheep on the basis of studying how to train Awang sheep rams to collect semen manually.It lays the foundation for the protection of the genetic resources of Awang sheep breed rams,the improvement of the utilization rate of high-quality ram individuals,and the rapid and excellent breeding of Awang sheep.In the experiment,more than 702-4 year old Awang sheep rams were selected for manual collection of semen.A total of 21 rams were trained within 6 months through artificial feeding of forage,active contact between people and sheep,and simultaneous semen collection of multiple rams.At the same time,referring to the"Technical Regulations for the Production of Sheep Frozen Semen"(NY/T 3186-2018),a preliminary study on semen collection,freezing,quality inspection and storage of Awang sheep ram was successfully carried out.The results showed that there were significant differences in the quality of spermatozoa among Awang sheep individuals.
