肉羊非繁殖季节同期发情效果分析

Effect Analysis of Simultaneous Estrus in Mutton Sheep During Non-breeding Season

为了对比4种同期发情处理方法对肉羊非繁殖季节发情效果的影响,试验选取2~4岁小尾寒羊杂交空怀母羊120只,随机分为4组,分别采用CIDR+PMSG、CIDR+PGF_(2α)、CIDR+PMSG+PGF^(2α)、PGF_(2α)+PGF_(2α)四种同期发情处理方法,比较各组母羊的繁殖性能指标。结果表明,CIDR+PMSG+PGF_(2α)处理组母羊发情率(86.7%)、分娩率(80.8%)及产羔率(142.9%)显著高于其他组(P<0.05),说明该方法在肉羊非繁殖季节同期发情效果较为理想。

In order to compare the effects of the four estrus treatment methods on the estrus effect of mutton sheep in nonbreeding seasons,1202-4-year-old Small-tailed Han sheep crossbred empty pregnant ewes were selected and randomly divided into 4groups.For each treatment,the simultaneous estrus treatment methods of CIDR+PMSG,CIDR+PGF_(2α),CIDR+PMSG+PGF_(2α),and PGF_(2α)+PGF_(2α)were adopted respectively.The reproductive performance indicators of ewes in each group were compared.The results showed that the estrus rate(86.7%),farrowing rate(80.8%)and lambing rate(142.9%)of the ewes in the CIDR+PMSG+PGF_(2α)treatment group were significantly higher than those in the other groups(P<0.05),indicating that this method is effective in non-meat sheep.The effect of estrus in the same period of the breeding season is ideal.
