摘要 细胞融合是细胞生物学的一项核心技术,也是细胞生物学实验课程的重要内容。聚乙二醇(PEG)诱导的细胞融合法是目前最经济、简单的细胞融合技术。因影响细胞融合效果的因素很多,难以把握,导致细胞融合效果不理想,不利于学生对实验结果的观察、判断和描述,因而无法更好地达成培养学生实验技能和探究能力的培养目标。本文综述了以鸡血细胞为实验材料时,不同条件下聚乙二醇诱导的鸡血细胞融合效果,期望找到适合的探索方向,以达到优化细胞融合的条件,从而提高PEG诱导细胞的融合率。 Cell fusion is a core technology of cell biology and an important content of cell biology experimental courses.Polyethylene glycol(PEG)-induced cell fusion method is currently the most economical and simple cell fusion technology.However,many factors affecting the effect of cell fusion are difficult to grasp,resulting in unsatisfactory cell fusion effect.This is not conducive to students'observation,judgment and description of experimental results,so it cannot better achieve the training goal of cultivating students'experimental skills and inquiry ability.This paper reviews the fusion effect of chicken blood cells induced by polyethylene glycol under different conditions using chicken blood cells as experimental materials.It is expected to find a suitable exploration direction to achieve optimal cell fusion conditions,thereby increasing the fusion rate of PEG-induced cells.
