《饲料卫生学》课程多维度过程性评价体系构建 被引量:5

摘要 饲料是发展畜牧业的重要物质基础,饲料的卫生质量优劣直接关系到家畜畜产品的产量与质量,进而密切影响人类的食品健康安全。饲料卫生学正是一门以饲料卫生为核心,以饲料生产、环境保护、人畜健康以及现代农业技术为基础,同时涉及饲料毒理学、食品安全学等领域的综合性学科。饲料卫生学作为农学专业基础课程已有近20年的历史,近年来,随着畜牧业和饲料行业产业化进程的不断加快,饲料卫生学这门学科正向着与边缘学科交叉渗透,与实际生产联系密切等方向不断拓宽。基于此,传统教学体系的课程评价方式已无法满足新时代教育背景下的卓越农学人才培养需求,不利于这一课程教学质量的提高,针对饲料卫生学课程评价的改革亟待进行。因此,笔者立足于饲料卫生学过程性评价体系的构建,采用多种教学方式完善学生学业评价体系,取得了良好成效。本文就此探讨了教学过程中所实施的过程性评价方案,以供本课程或类似的基础性课程教学参考。 Feed is an important material basis for the development of animal husbandry.The quality of feed is directly related to the yield and quality of livestock products,which in turn closely affects the health and safety of human food.Feed hygienics is a comprehensive discipline with feed hygiene as its core,based on feed production,environmental protection,human and animal health,and modern agricultural technology.Feed hygienics is also related to feed toxicology,food safety,and other fields.Feed hygienics has been seen as a basic course of agronomy for nearly 20years.In recent years,the traditional curriculum evaluation method of the teaching system cannot meet the demand of the training of outstanding agronomic talents under the background of the new era of education.The reform of the curriculum evaluation of feed hygiene needs to be carried out urgently.Therefore,we set up the process evaluation system of Feed hygienics by using a variety of teaching methods and ultimately achieved remarkable results.In this paper,the process evaluation scheme implemented in the course of teaching is discussed for the reference of this course or similar basic curriculum.
