在全面推动新农科发展中,构建“强化专业能力,突出创新能力,提升综合能力”的三位一体校企合作人才培养模式,全面实施“421”的师资队伍建设,建立多元化实践教学体系及实践教学基地,实施课程、教学方式方法多样化改革,注重教学评价过程化、加强教学管理规范化等方面进行探索与实践,突出以“实践与创新能力培养”为核心,把人才培养与学生职业发展结合起来,不断提高学生的实践能力和创新思维能力,构建高效课堂。

In promoting the development of new agricultural sciences in an all-round way,we must build a three-in-one school-enterprise cooperation talent training model of“strengthening professional ability,highlighting innovation ability,and improving comprehensive ability”.The school fully implements the“421”teaching staff construction,establishes a diversified practical teaching system and practical teaching base,implements the diversified reform of courses and teaching methods,pays attention to the process of teaching evaluation,and strengthens the standardization of teaching management.Taking"practice and innovation ability training"as the core,it combines talent training with students'career development,continuously improves students’practical ability and innovative thinking ability,and builds efficient classrooms.
