瓜州县动物产地检疫工作现状与对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Quarantine Work in Animal Production Areas in Guazhou County

动物产地检疫工作事关畜牧业安全生产,事关社会公共卫生安全和人民群众身体健康,是有效防控动物疫病传播的重要措施,可以说是事关“菜篮子”的民生工程。近年来,瓜州县政府部门高度重视动物防疫工作,想方设法稳定动物防疫队伍,巩固村级防疫室,规范乡镇产地检疫出证程序,探索提高规模养殖场免疫质量的模式,对促进防检结合、以检促防方面取得了“事半功倍”作用。但是,依然存在产地检疫率低等关键问题,本文着重分析影响产地检疫率的因素,提出一些针对性建议,以期推动全县动物产地检疫工作,更好服务于畜牧业高质量发展。

Quarantine work in animal production areas is related to the safe production of animal husbandry,social public health security and people’s health.This is an important measure to effectively prevent and control the spread of animal diseases,and it can be said that it is a livelihood project related to the“Vegetable Basket”.In recent years,the government departments of Guazhou County have attached great importance to animal epidemic prevention.They have tried every means to stabilize the animal epidemic prevention team,consolidate the village-level epidemic prevention rooms,standardize the quarantine certificate issuance procedures for townships,and explore the mode of improving the immunity quality of large-scale farms.This has achieved“multiplying results with half the effort”in promoting the combination of prevention and inspection and promoting prevention through inspection.However,there are still key issues such as the low quarantine rate in the production area.This paper focuses on analyzing the factors affecting the quarantine rate in the production area,and puts forward some targeted suggestions.This is in order to promote the quarantine of animal origins in the county and better serve the high-quality development of animal husbandry.
