为切实加强兽用处方药购进销售使用管理,促进兽用抗生素的合理使用,本文通过对兽用处方药凭兽医处方笺销售制度的设计缺陷进行分析,提出了互联网络大数据背景下,兽用处方药的销售监管新思路,并就相关环节的运行操作模式进行讨论,从根本上强化兽药监督管理,促进兽医临床合理用药,保障动物产品安全提供参考。

In order to strengthen the management of the purchase, sale and use of veterinary prescription drugs, and promote the rational use of veterinary antibiotics, this paper analyzes the design defects of the veterinary prescription drug sales system based on veterinary prescriptions. We put forward a new idea of veterinary prescription drug sales supervision under the background of Internet big data, and discussed the operation mode of related links. This fundamentally strengthens the supervision and management of veterinary drugs, promotes the rational use of veterinary drugs in clinical practice, and provides reference for ensuring the safety of animal products.
