生物反馈电刺激治疗联合盆底康复护理对妇科盆底功能障碍患者盆底肌力、漏尿及生活质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究生物反馈电刺激治疗联合盆底康复护理对妇科盆底功能障碍患者盆底肌力、漏尿及生活质量的影响。方法选择124例盆底功能障碍患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各62例。对照组仅提供生物反馈电刺激治疗,观察组则在对照组基础联合开展盆底康复护理。比较两组患者盆底肌力、漏尿及生活质量。结果干预前两组漏尿次数、漏尿量、盆底肌力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组漏尿次数、漏尿量评分比对照组均更低,而观察组盆底肌力评分比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组盆底障碍影响问卷7(PFIQ-7)、盆底障碍功能调查表(PFDI-20)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组PFIQ-7、PFDI-20评分比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激治疗联合盆底康复护理服务更有利于妇科患者盆底肌力恢复,缓解漏尿症状,改善患者的生活质量,具有临床推广价值。 Objective To study the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing on pelvic floor muscle strength,urine leakage and quality of life in patients with gynecological pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods 124 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,62 cases in each group.The control group was only provided with biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy,while the observation group was combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing in the control group.Pelvic floor muscle strength,urine leakage and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in urinary leakage times,urine leakage volume and pelvic floor muscle strength score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of urinary leakage times and urinary leakage volume in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the pelvic floor muscle strength score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of Pelvic floor Dysfunction Questionnaire 7(PFIQ-7)and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Questionnaire 20(PFDI-20)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of PFIQ-7 and PFDI-20 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing service is more conducive to pelvic floor muscle strength recovery of gynecological patients,relieve urinary leakage symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients,and has clinical promotion value.
