妇科炎症感染中微生物检验方法的应用价值 被引量:5

Application value of microbial testing methods in gynecological inflammatory infection

摘要 目的研究微生物检验方法在妇科炎症感染中的应用效果。方法选取120例接受检查的炎症感染患者,根据不同微生物检验方法分为A组(凝集检验法)、B组(培养检验法)、C组(镜检检验法),各40例。比较各组阳性检出率、不同病原菌检出率、检验结果满意度指标。结果妇科炎症感染阳性检出率A组87.50%,B组85.00%,C组82.50%;检出结果满意度A组90.00%,B组92.50%、C组90.00%。加德纳菌感染检出率A组、B组、C组各为85.71%、85.71%、71.43%,阴道毛滴虫感染100%、87.50%、75.00%,念珠菌感染77.78%、88.89%、88.89%,淋病奈瑟菌感染83.33%、83.33%、66.67%,解支原体感染90.00%、80.00%、100%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微生物检验方法在妇科炎症感染中的具备显著的临床效果,其中凝集法、镜检法、培养法均能准确检测感染病菌,整体差距不突出。 Objective To study the specific application effect of microbial testing methods in gynecological inflammatory infection.Methods 120 patients with inflammatory infection were selected and divided into group A(agglutination test),group B(culture test)and group C(microscopic test)according to different microbial test methods,with 40 cases in each group.The positive detection rate,the detection rate of different pathogens and the satisfaction index of test results were compared among the groups.Results The positive detection rate of gynecological inflammatory infection was 87.50% in group A,85.00% in group B,and 82.50% in group C;the satisfaction with the detection results was 90.00% in group A,92.50% in group B,and 90.00% in group C.The detection rates of Gardnerella infection in groups A,B and C were 85.71%,85.71%,and 71.43%,respectively,100%,87.50%,and 75.00% for Trichomonas vaginalis infection,and 77.78%,8&89%,and 88.89% for Candida infection.,Neisseria gonorrhoeae infection was 83.33%,83.33%,66.67%,and Ureaplasma urealyticum infection was 90.00%,80.00%,100%,and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Microbiological testing methods do have significant clinical effects in gynecological inflammatory infections.Among them,agglutination,microscopy and culture methods can accurately detect infectious bacteria,and the overall gap is not significant.
