摘要
高校思政课缺乏吸引力、教学效果不佳,既有主观因素,也有客观因素,其中“一个人讲一本书”的传统教学模式,是一个非常主要的影响因素。面对思政课教材种类多,教学内容信息量大的现状,要保证课堂教学效果,关键是提升教师的教学水平。对高校思政课进行分解式教学改革,可以最大限度地提升思政课教师的教学水平,增加思政课对学生的吸引力,提升教学效果。
The lack of attraction and poor teaching effect of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities are caused by both subjective and objective factors,among which the traditional teaching mode of“one person teaches a book”is a major factor.In the face of the current situation that ideological and political teaching materials have many kinds and the teaching content is informative,the key to ensure the classroom teaching effect is to improve the teaching level of teachers.The decomposition type of teaching reform of ideological and political course in colleges and universities can improve the teaching level of ideological and political course teachers to the maximum extent,increase the attraction of ideological and political course to students,and improve the teaching effect.
