师范生课堂教学自我评价体系建构研究——基于美国纽约市立大学皇后学院的启示 被引量:3

摘要 如何通过师范生的自我评价来提升其课堂教学能力,一直是教师教育领域非常关注的问题。美国纽约市立大学皇后学院的课堂教学自我评价体系包括评价理念、评价模型、评价量表、评价方法和操作工具等几个部分。该评价项目在师范生的教学见习和教学实习中,以师范生为评价主体,以师范生的自我评价为主要方式,正确引导师范生对课堂教学进行评价,引导其深化对课堂教学新理念的认识,以培养具有批判性思维的教师为终极目标,为师范生的课堂教学自我评价提供了合适的工具。 How to improve their classroom teaching ability through self-evaluation of normal students has always been an issue of great concern in the field of teacher education. The classroom teaching self-evaluation system of Queen’s College of City University of New York in the United States is based on the "TIME 2000" project, which specifically includes evaluation concepts, evaluation models, evaluation scales, evaluation methods and operation tools. Specifically, in the process of teaching internship and teaching practice of normal students, normal students are taken as the evaluation subjects, and the self-evaluation of normal students is taken as the main way to correctly guide normal students to evaluate classroom teaching. The aim of the system is to guide them to deepen their understanding of the new concepts of classroom teaching, take training teachers with critical thinking as the ultimate goal, and provide appropriate tools for normal students’ classroom teaching self-evaluation.
