摘要
基于知识生态分析框架,文章采用多案例研究法刻画新加坡职业教育高质量发展的驱动逻辑。其中,知识体系的技术官僚逻辑强调构建多元化职业教育课程体系,知识生产的政策逻辑重在营造良好职业教育政策环境,知识资源的政治逻辑注重推动职业教育多主体互动与协同,知识整合的跨界逻辑为创新产教融合运行机制,知识进化的应变逻辑旨在加强职业教育数字化变革,从而形成人—技术—知识相互交融的生态系统。基于此,文章进一步从职业教育课程改革、政策优先事项、多主体权责利关系、产教融合机制、数字化变革等指出未来我国职业教育高质量发展的改革路向,以期为我国未来经济转型提供持续动力。
Based on the knowledge ecology analysis framework, the multi-case study method is used to deeply describe the driving logic of the high-quality development of vocational education and training in Singapore. Among them, the technocratic logic of the knowledge system emphasizes building a diversified vocational education and training curriculum system, the policy logic of knowledge production focuses on creating a favorable vocational education and training policy environment, the political logic of knowledge resources focuses on promoting the multi-agent interaction and collaboration of vocational education and training, the cross-border logic of knowledge integration is to innovate the operation mechanism of the integration of production and education, and the logic of the evolution of knowledge aims to strengthen the digital transformation of vocational education and training, thereby forming an ecosystem where people, technology and knowledge are integrated. Based on this, this paper further points out the reform direction for the high-quality development of China’s vocational education and training in the future from perspectives of curriculum reform, policy priorities, multi-agent rights, responsibilities and interests relationship, the integration mechanism of industry and education, and digital transformation in the hope of providing sustainable impetus for China’s future economic transformation.
