城市大遗址地区的空间生产研究述评

Review on the Research of Urban Ruins Area from the Perspective of Spatial Production

空间生产理论基于“感知的—构想的—生活的”空间三维认知建构而成,大量研究表明,空间生产理论对于研究城市大遗址地区的空间问题有着独特的观察力和解释力。基于此,引介解析了空间生产理论的核心要义,认知诠释了城市大遗址地区空间生产的内涵;依托Web of Science核心合集和中国知网(CNKI)数据库的检索数据,借助CiteSpace等计量统计工具,梳理分析了1996—2019年间国内外运用空间生产理论对城市大遗址地区进行交叉研究的进展情况、重点领域以及未来可拓展、深化的方向,以期为城市大遗址地区相关研究提供更为完善的思路和方法,为该类空间区域的公共政策总结、调整以及相关实践行动决策等提供更丰富的理论依据。

In the 1960s and 1970s,with the socialization of space research,a large number of research results have begun to emerge in foreign urban space research based on the “sociospatial” dialectics.In particular,based on the theory of spatial production,the research on the power,mechanism and process of urban space generation is extensive and in-depth.The introduction of the “space production theory” in China began in the early 21st Century,and with the systematic introduction of the Foreign Theoretical Dynamics magazine,it soon set off a wave of related research.“Material-spirit-society” dialectics is the basis for the construction of space production theory.“Perceived-Conceived-Living” is the three-dimensional cognitive framework of spatial production theory.“Representation of space-space practice-representation of space” is the theoretical framework of the trinity of space production theory.Studying the theory of surface space production has unique observational and explanatory powers on the spatial problems in large urban sites.Based on the above,this paper introduces and analyzes the core essence and cognition of the theory of spatial production and interprets the connotation of spatial production in large urban sites.Relying on the Web of Science core collection and the retrieval data of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) database,and with the help of quantitative and statistical tools such as Cite Space,through the correlation analysis and cluster analysis of the keywords of site,environment,cultural production,and spatial restoration,the paper analyzes the cross-research situation of the use of spatial production theory at home and abroad in the large urban site area from 1996 to 2019.Based on the representative and inspiring research results at home and abroad,the key areas of the research on spatial production in large urban sites are summarized as:spatial production mechanism,spatial production mode,generation of related industries,construction of social life,style and environment shaping,production.In view of the above six aspects,the research progress,main methods,significance of the topic,and the direction of expansion are analyzed and discussed.Through a systematic study of the existing research literature,three conclusions were found.First of all,with the socialization of space research,the production of space in large urban sites has become a research topic of common concern in domestic and foreign academic circles.Secondly,more innovative explorations have been carried out in the aspects of production mechanism,production mode,industry generation,social construction,etc.,in the area of spatial production research in large urban sites.Finally,the research results do not think much about the essential issues of spatial production in large urban sites,explore the application of new methods and new technologies,and pay less attention to the fairness and justice of space.Facing the complex spatial problems of large urban sites,gaps in domestic and foreign research,and the rise of spatial governance,etc.,the research innovations and difficult breakthroughs in this field mainly show the following four research trends:1) an in-depth study on the concept and connotation of spatial production in large urban sites;2) the spatial production research around the large urban sites will change from “one element” to “multiple”;3) spatial justice will be the underlying logic of all related research;4)new technical analysis tools will help advance the study of spatial production in large sites.The purpose of the dissertation research is to systematically analyze and evaluate the research results of spatial production in the large urban site area,and to discuss the research progress,key areas,and future expansion and deepening directions.In this way,it provides more perfect ideas and methods for the related research on the large urban site area.At the same time,it is also to provide a richer theoretical basis for the summary,adjustment and relevant practical action decision-making of public policy in the large urban site area.
