摘要 在支撑“双一流”建设和支撑一流本科教育的背景下,高校图书馆阅读推广内容应当由休闲阅读向学科阅读转型,以发挥图书馆服务人才培养和科学研究的核心价值,促进图书馆内涵式发展。文章通过文献调研与实例分析,总结当前高校图书馆阅读推广存在的问题,提出学科阅读推广的工作理念,进而从主体多元化、内容学科化、渠道融合化、对象精准化和评价多维化五方面对学科阅读推广模式进行阐述。最后,提出政策保障、资源保障和人力保障策略,以期有助于阅读推广的可持续发展。 To support the“double first-class”construction and first-class undergraduate education,the reading promotion in university libraries should be transformed from leisure reading to subject reading,so as to give full play to the core value of serving talent training and scientific research,and promote the connotative development of libraries.Through literature research and case analysis,this paper summarizes the problems of current reading promotion in university libraries,proposes the work concept of subject reading promotion,and then expounds the model of subject reading promotion from five aspects:multiple subjects,disciplinary content,integrated channels,precise object and multidimensional evaluation.Finally,the policy guarantee,resource guarantee and manpower guarantee strategy are proposed to promote the sustainable development of subject reading promotion.
