摘要 “双减”政策推动了公共图书馆少儿阅读推广服务的发展,同时,也对其服务目标、服务模式、服务平台提出了更高要求。文章简要阐述了少儿阅读多元化需求的特征,详细分析了教育“双减”政策下公共图书馆少儿阅读推广服务转型中遇到的现实困难,指出精细感知、兴趣激活、交互沟通三条技术路线,探讨馆校少儿阅读推广服务网络的构建,并提出资源配置、健全机制、培育人才三大保障措施。 The “double reduction” policy not only provides a great opportunity for the development of children’s reading promotion service in public libraries, but also raises requirements for its service objectives, service modes and service platforms. Based on a brief description of the diversified demand characteristics of children’s reading, this paper analyzes in detail the practical difficulties in the transformation of children’s reading promotion service in public libraries under the “double reduction” policy of education, and puts forward three technical routes of fine perception, interest activation and interactive communication and three guarantee measures of resource allocation, perfecting mechanism and cultivating talents.
