摘要
利用当前方法对数控机床加工误差进行校正前没有对机床加工误差进行预测,存在误差测量效果差,提出基于UG编程的嵌入式数控机床加工精度误差校正方法。该方法首先利用最小二乘法构建多元线性回归预测模型,保证预测的误差值更加精确。其次根据模型计算出误差校正值,按照校正值获取刀位点的位置坐标,进而生成B样条曲线,从而获取B样条曲面,根据曲面提取正确的机床加工坐标,对误差进行校正,实现数控机床加工精度误差校正。实验结果表明,所提方法的误差测量效果好、误差测量精度高和机床误差校正效果好。
The current method is used to correct the machining error of NC machine tools, and there is no prediction of machining errors before the correction. There is poor error measurement effect. A method of error correction for machining accuracy of Embedded NC machine tools based on UG programming is proposed. Firstly, the multi-element linear regression prediction model is constructed by using the least square method to ensure the accuracy of the predicted error value, secondly, the error correction value is calculated according to the model, the position coordinate of the tool point is obtained according to the correction value, and then B-spline curve is generated, so as to obtain B-spline surface, and the correct machining coordinate is extracted according to the surface, and the error is corrected to realize the error correction of machining accuracy of NC machine tools. The experimental results show that the error measurement effect of the proposed method is good, the accuracy of error measurement is high and the error correction effect of machine tool is good.
