摘要
因现有回收处理技术消耗维修成本高,提出苏通GIL管廊工程应急抢修中SF_(6)气体快速回收处理技术。使用激光束、红外热像仪等技术实时检测定位漏点,据断路器室内气压变化将气体回收,依据SF_(6)气体再利用标准处理气体。实验结果表明:本文提出的气体快速回收处理技术效率高,经济适用性更好。
Due to the high maintenance cost of existing recovery and treatment technology of the rapid SF_(6)gas recovery and treatment technology in emergency repair of Sutong Gil pipe gallery project is proposed.Laser beam,infrared thermal imager and other technologies are used to detect and locate the leakage point in real time.According to the change of air pressure in the circuit breaker room,the gas is recovered and treated according to the SF_(6)gas reuse standard.The experimental results show that the gas rapid recovery technology proposed in this paper has high efficiency and better economic applicability.
