神经内镜微创手术与显微手术治疗高血压性小脑出血的疗效对比 被引量:3

Comparison of the efficacy of neuroendoscopic minimally invasive surgery and microsurgery in the treatment of hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage

摘要 目的对比神经内镜微创手术与显微手术治疗高血压性小脑出血的临床效果。方法80例高血压性小脑出血患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用显微手术治疗,研究组采用神经内镜微创手术治疗。比较两组手术及术后恢复情况、并发症发生情况。结果研究组手术时间(1.47±0.52)h、切口长度(3.59±0.46)cm、术中出血量(58.96±12.74)ml、住院时间(10.82±1.95)d、血肿清除率(91.45±4.67)%均优于对照组的(2.81±0.76)h、(7.85±0.93)cm、(269.83±28.43)ml、(17.96±3.43)d、(82.96±4.28)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率10.00%低于对照组的32.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内镜微创手术能够有效减轻患者手术创伤,提升血肿清除率,缩短住院时间,且并发症少,值得推广。 Objective To compare the clinical effect of neuroendoscopic minimally invasive surgery and microsurgery in the treatment of hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage.Methods A total of 80 patients with hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage were randomly divided into the research group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with microsurgery,and the research group was treated with neuroendoscopic minimally invasive surgery.The surgery,postoperative recovery,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results In the research group,the operation time was(1.47±0.52)h,the incision length was(3.59±0.46)cm,the intraoperative blood loss was(58.96±12.74)ml,the hospitalization time was(10.82±1.95)d,and the hematoma clearance rate was(91.45±4.67)%,which were better than(2.81±0.76)h,(7.85±0.93)cm,(269.83±28.43)ml,(17.96±3.43)d,(82.96±4.28)%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the research group was 10.00%,which was lower than 32.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Neuroendoscopic minimally invasive surgery can effectively reduce the surgical trauma,improve the hematoma clearance rate,shorten the hospitalization time,and have fewer complications,which is worthy of promotion.
