影像诊断急性颅脑损伤中CT与MRI的诊断价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究影像学检查中CT与磁共振成像(MRI)用于诊断急性颅脑损伤的临床价值。方法40例急性颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,均进行CT检查及MRI检查,观察两种影像学检查方法对于急性颅脑损伤的检出情况,对患者血肿厚度的显示情况,对不同损伤部位的检出情况。结果CT共检出32例急性颅脑损伤患者,检出准确率为80.0%;MRI共检出38例急性颅脑损伤患者,检出准确率为95.0%。MRI检出准确率高于CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种检查方法的血肿厚度检出情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MRI检查对颅骨骨折、硬膜下血肿、硬膜外血肿、脑叶挫裂伤、脑深部挫伤及蛛网膜下腔出血的检出率分别为100.0%、100.0%、95.2%、96.6%、95.0%、94.1%,均高于CT检查的77.8%、77.8%、71.4%、79.3%、64.7%、70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在使用影像学手段检查急性颅脑损伤患者时,MRI检查的诊断价值比CT检查更具有说服性,可以提高急性颅脑损伤的检出准确率,对于不同颅脑损伤类型的检出情况较CT检查更加准确,值得临床医师借鉴使用。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of CT and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in imaging diagnosis of acute craniocerebral injury.Methods 40 patients with acute craniocerebral injury were selected as the research subjects.CT examination and MRI examination were performed to observe the detection of acute craniocerebral injury by both imaging methods,the display of hematoma thickness in patients,and the detection of different injury sites.Results A total of 32 patients with acute craniocerebral injury were detected by CT,with an accuracy rate of 80.0%;a total of 38 patients with acute brain injury were detected by MRI,with an accuracy rate of 95.0%.The accuracy of MRI examination was higher than that of CT examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the detection of hematoma thickness between the two methods(P>0.05).The detection rates of skull fracture,subdural hematoma,epidural hematoma,lobe contusion,deep brain contusion and subarachnoid hemorrhage by MRI were 100.0%,100.0%,95.2%,96.6%,95.0%,and 94.1%,which were higher than 77.8%,77.8%,71.4%,79.3%,64.7%,and 70.0%of CT,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When using imaging methods to examine patients with acute craniocerebral injury,the diagnostic value of MRI is more convincing than that of CT,which can improve the detection rate of acute craniocerebral injury.It is more accurate than CT for the detection of different types of craniocerebral injury,and is worthy of reference for clinicians.
