Analyzing the Emergence Logic of Belief in Socialism with Chinese Characteristics Based on Peirce’s "Scientific Inquiry Theory"

哲学的一个重要使命就是确立信念,马克思主义哲学指导下的中国共产党的理想信念就是中国特色社会主义共同理想和共产主义崇高理想。走中国特色社会主义道路,是中国革命、建设、改革事业的经验总结,是中国人民创造美好生活的必由之路。1978年“实践是检验真理的唯一标准”的重新确立,标志着中国共产党迈出了奔向中国特色社会主义道路最为关键的一步;1978年党的十一届三中全会的胜利召开,标志着“建设有中国特色的社会主义的道路”的真正开端。邓小平在中共十二大开幕词中向世人宣示了“建设有中国特色的社会主义”(粗略的信念)这一概念,历经30年的社会主义建设实践,先后去掉“的”“有”等修饰词,于2007年正式确立“中国特色社会主义”(明确的信念)这一概念,于2012年中国特色社会主义进入新时代。1978-2012年间的中国改革开放史,就是中国特色社会主义信念的出场史;中国特色社会主义信念的确立,是建立在“科学的方法”上的。回顾中共百年党史,中国共产党确立信念的方法也曾采用过“固执的方法”“先验的方法”和“权威的方法”。

An important mission of philosophy is to establish conviction. The ideal and conviction of the Communist Party of China under the guidance of Marxist philosophy are the shared ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the lofty ideal of Communism. Taking the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a summary of the experience gained in China’s revolution, construction and reform, and the only way for the Chinese people to create a better life. The re-establishment of "Practice is the sole criterion for testing truth" in 1978 marked the most crucial step taken by the Communist Party of China towards the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The successful opening of the Third Plenary Session of the 11 th CPC Central Committee in 1978 marked the real beginning of "the path of building socialism with Chinese characteristics". Deng Xiaoping announced the concept of "building socialism with Chinese characteristics"(rough belief) to the world in the opening speech of the 12 th National Congress of the CPC. Through 30 years of socialist construction practice, the modifiers "of" and "have" were removed successively, and the concept of "socialism with Chinese characteristics"(clear belief) was officially established in 2007. Socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era in 2012. The history of China’s reform and opening up from 1978 to 2012 is the emergence history of the belief in socialism with Chinese characteristics;the establishment of the belief in socialism with Chinese characteristics is based on "scientific methods". Reviewing the history of the Communist Party of China in the past 100 years, the CPC has also adopted "stubborn method", "transcendental method" and "authoritative methods" to establish its beliefs.
