摘要
透明陶瓷具有单晶耐高温、抗腐蚀、高绝缘、高强度等特性,又具有良好的光学性能,正逐步应用于激光、照明、医疗器械、军事、国防等重要技术领域。本文依托IncoPat全球专利数据库,对全球6598件透明陶瓷专利从申请趋势、地域分布及主要创新主体、技术构成和技术热点等维度进行分析。研究表明:我国透明陶瓷技术发展迅猛,申请量总体呈稳定上升态势;但对外专利布局不及日本和美国,优质专利海外布局意识有待提高;相比较非氧化物陶瓷,氧化物透明陶瓷研究成果更突出。
Transparent ceramics not only have the characteristics of single crystal high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high insulation and high strength, but also have good optical properties. They are gradually used in important technical fields such as laser, lighting,medical devices, military, national defense and so on. Relying on incopat global patent database, this paper analyzes 6598 transparent ceramic patents in the world from the dimensions of application trend, regional distribution, main innovation subjects, technology composition and technology hotspots, so as to provide reference for researchers and industry practitioners to understand the R & D situation and future development trend of transparent ceramic technology.
