摘要
4-碘-4'-丙基联苯是一种重要中间体。以4-丙基联苯为原料,采用KI/H_(2)O_(2)体系直接碘代反应得到4-碘-4'-丙基联苯,并通过IR、NMR对其结构进行了表征。实验考察了反应温度和氧化剂用量的不同对收率的影响,最佳工艺条件:n(4-丙基联苯)∶n(碘化钾)=1∶1,反应时间4.5h,反应温度为65℃。反应收率为80.6%,纯度99.0%。工艺路线合理,产品收率高。
The 4-iodo-4’-propylbiphenyl is confirmed as an important intermediate.The 4-iodo-4’-propylbiphenyl is synthesized from 4-propylbiphenyl by direct iodination reaction with KI/H_(2)O_(2)system.The structure of the target compounds are characterized by means of IR and NMR.The effects of temperature and oxidizing agent dosage on the yield are discussed.The optimal conditions have been obtained as follows:n(4-propylbiphenyl):n(KI)=1:1,the reaction time is 4.5h and the reaction temperature is 65℃.The yield is 80.6%with a purity of 99.0%.This process route is reasonable with a high yield.
