环氧乳化沥青混合料技术性能与标准研究 被引量:2

Research on Technical Performance and Standards of Epoxy-Resin Emulsified Asphalt Concrete

摘要 环氧乳化沥青混合料是一种新型路面冷补材料,对其技术性能研究尚不深入。本文从初始强度、成型强度以及高温性能、低温性能和水稳定性能等方面研究环氧乳化沥青混合料的技术性能。结果表明:环氧乳化沥青混合料具有较高的力学强度,较好的高温稳定性、低温稳定性和水稳定性,其中高温稳定性可达热拌改性沥青混合料的水平。据此对环氧乳化沥青混合料性能的技术标准提出了建议,环氧乳化沥青混合料初始强度不应低于10~12kN,成型强度不应低于8~9kN;浸水残留稳定度不应低于80%,冻融劈裂强度比不应低于70%;而高温稳定性和低温稳定性的技术要求可分别按改性沥青混合料和普通沥青混合料的要求执行;建议一般情况下固化剂掺量为30%,低温寒冷条件下固化剂掺量为20%~25%。研究成果对于环氧乳化沥青混合料的推广应用具有指导作用。 Epoxy-resin emulsified asphalt concrete is a kind of newly developed cold repair pavement material.Its pavement performance has not been studied thoroughly yet.The initial Marshall stability,final Marshall stability,high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance,and moisture resistance of the epoxy-resin emulsified asphalt concrete are researched respectively.The results show that the epoxy-resin emulsified asphalt concrete has a great Marshall stability,high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance and moisture resistance.Its hightemperature performance is similar with that of the hot-mix modified asphalt concrete.Based on these tests,the performance standards of epoxy-resin emulsified asphalt concrete are put forward as follows.The initial Marshall stability should not be less than 10~12kN;The final Marshall stability should not be less than 8~9kN;The residual Marshall stability after immersion should not be less than 80%of the Marshall stability before immersion;The ratio of freeze-thaw splitting strength to traditional splitting strength should not be less than 70%;The high-temperature performance standards and low-temperature performance standards can be implemented according to that of the modified asphalt mixture and the traditional asphalt mixture,respectively;It is recommended that the dosage of curing agent is 30%in general,and its dosage should be 20%~25%in cold areas.The research findings are valuable to guiding the popularization and application of epoxy-resin emulsified asphalt concrete.
