温拌橡塑复合改性沥青性能及应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用脱硫橡胶粉、聚乙烯树脂(PE)、线性SBS、增溶剂、稳定剂和温拌剂对基质沥青进行复合改性,制备出储存稳定性良好的温拌橡塑复合改性沥青,并分析改性剂对沥青常规性能和流变特性的影响。通过软化点差分析法和荧光显微镜试验、红外光谱仪分析研究温拌橡塑沥青储存稳定性,并与热拌条件下沥青混合料进行各项路用性能试验对比。结果表明:(1)在FTA和FTB温拌剂掺量为3%,温拌剂C掺量为0.5%时,车辙因子和复数剪切模量最大;(2)FTA、FTB、温拌剂C三种温拌剂橡塑沥青混合料动稳定度分别增加了10.1%、29.4%、11.7%,FTB型温拌剂对橡塑沥青混合料动稳定度增幅明显;(3)橡塑沥青混合料温拌条件下低温性能分别下降了6.12%、7.09%、5.32%,三种温拌剂均略有降低;(4)FTA、FTB、温拌剂C三种温拌剂对劈裂强度比增加幅分别为0.9%、0.5%、0.7%,增幅程度FTA>C>FTB。复合改性沥青具有良好的弹性恢复能力和高温抗变形性能;通过荧光图和试样红外光谱图可知温拌剂对改性沥青储存稳定性无不利影响,其对橡塑沥青主要表现为物理改性;温拌沥青混合料具有良好的路用性能,部分性能较热拌沥青混合料更优。 In order to prepare warm-mixed rubber-plastic composite modified asphalt with a good storage stability,the matrix asphalt is modified with desulphurized rubber powder,polyethylene resin(PE),linear SBS,solubilizer,stabilizer and warm-mixing agent,and the effects of modifier on the conventional properties and rheological properties of asphalt are analyzed.The storage stability of warm-mixed asphalt is studied by means of softening point difference analysis,fluorescence microscope test and infrared spectrometer analyzer,and the road performance of asphalt mixture is compared with that of hot-mixed asphalt mixture.The results show that:(1)The rutting factor and complex shear modulus reach the maximum when the warm-mixing agent FTA and FTB is 3%and C is 0.5%;(2)The dynamic stability of three kinds of FTA,FTB and warm-mixing agent C,increases by 10.1%,29.4%and 11.7%,respectively.The dynamic stability of FTB warm-mixing agent increases significantly;(3)The low temperature properties of warm-mixed rubber-plastic asphalt mixture prepared with three kinds of warm-mixing agents decreases by 6.12%,7.09%and 5.32%respectively,they all decrease slightly;(4)FTA,FTB and warm mixing agent C makes the splitting strength increase by 0.9%,0.5%and 0.7%,respectively,and the increasing degree arranged in descending is FTA,C and FTB.The composite modified asphalt has a good elastic recovery and a high temperature deformation resistance.The fluorescence and infrared spectra of the samples show that the warm-mixing agent has no adverse effect on the storage stability of the modified asphalt,and it mainly makes a physical modification for the rubber-plastic asphalt.The Warm-mixed asphalt mixture has a good road performance,some performances are better than that of the hot-mixed asphalt mixture.
