黄粉虫粪发酵物浸提液对西瓜种子萌发的影响

Effects of Yellow Mealworm Excrement Fermentation Extracts on Seed Germination of Watermelon

为探讨添加枯草芽孢杆菌、EM菌剂、虫生真菌、哈茨木霉NF9菌种和不加菌种的黄粉虫粪发酵物对西瓜种子萌发的影响,用培养皿纸上发芽法,比较不同虫粪发酵物浸提液不同体积分数下西瓜发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、根长、芽长、整株鲜质量等生理指标的变化。结果表明,不添加菌种的虫粪自然发酵物浸提液促进西瓜种子萌发作用最明显,其中,体积分数在2%时西瓜活力指数、根质量和根长均最大,分别比对照(蒸馏水处理)增加了90.4%、89.2%和82.7%,体积分数在4%时西瓜整株鲜质量、芽质量、胚芽长度均最大,分别比对照增加了42.1%、51.7%和42.5%;添加枯草芽孢杆菌、虫生真菌、哈茨木霉NF9菌种的虫粪发酵物浸提液对西瓜种子萌发也有促进作用;添加EM菌剂的虫粪发酵物浸提液对西瓜种子萌发有抑制作用,西瓜的活力指数、整株鲜质量、芽质量、根长、胚芽长度均小于对照。因此,添加不同菌种、不同体积分数的黄粉虫粪发酵物浸提液对西瓜种子萌发的影响不同,自然发酵的虫粪浸提液体积分数为2%时对西瓜种子萌发和促进作用最明显。

To investigate the effects of yellow mealworm excrement fermentation with bacillus subtilis,EM agent,entomogenous fungi,Trichoderma harziana NF9,and without strain on watermelon seed germination,in this study,the changes of physiological indexes such as germination rate,germination potential,germination index,root length,germ length,and whole fresh weight of watermelon under different volume fraction of different insect excrement fermentation extracts were compared by the method of germination on petri dish paper.The results showed that the natural fermentation extract of insect excrement without bacteria had the most obvious effect on promoting watermelon seed germination.The watermelon vigor index,root weight,and root length reached the maximum at 2%of volume fraction,the values increased by 90.4%,89.2%,and 82.7%,respectively,compared with those of the control(distilled water treatment).The whole fresh weight,bud weight,and germ length reached the maximum at 4%of volume fraction,the values increased by 42.1%,51.7%,and 42.5%,respectively,compared with those of the control.Insect excrement fermentation extracts with addition of bacillus subtilis,entomogenous fungi,trichoderma harziana NF9 strain also promoted watermelon seed germination.Insect excrement extracts with addition of Em inhibited the germination of watermelon seed,and the vigor index,whole plant fresh weight,bud weight,root length,and germ length of watermelon were all lower than those of the control.Therefore,the effects of different strains and different volume fraction of yellow mealworm excrement fermentation extract on watermelon seed germination were different,the natural fermentation extract of insect excrement at 2%of volume fraction had the most obvious effect on watermelon seed germination and promotion.
