以“三性”促“三融”新时代职工文化的探究

职工文化是中国特色社会主义文化的重要组成部分,是强化思想政治引领、凝聚职工奋斗力量的重要内容。文章的研究内容以培育和践行社会主义核心价值观为主线,以满足职工群众精神文化需求为中心,强化新时代产业工人政治性、先进性、群众性建设,推进职工思想政治工作与企业改革发展相融合,与企业党建工作相融合,与企业文化相融合,着力创新职工文化建设的理念、机制和手段,着力增强广大职工的文化自信,为建设一流企业提供强大价值引导力、科技驱动力和文化凝聚力。

Employee culture is an important part of the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, and it is also an important part to strengthen the ideological and political guidance as well as the struggle of employees. This study focuses on the cultivation and practice of socialist core values, meeting the spiritual and cultural needs of the employees and strengthening the construction of the political, advanced and mass nature of industrial workers in new era. In this way, we can promote the fusion of employees’ ideological and political work with the reform and development of enterprises, the Party building work of enterprise and corporate culture. Therefore, we can focus on inventing new concepts, mechanisms and means of employees’ cultural construction, and strengthening the cultural self-confidence of employees, in order to provide strong value guidance, technological driver and cultural cohesion for the construction of a first-class enterprise.
