摘要
阿帕替尼(Apatinib)作为唯一一种口服类治疗胃癌的靶向药物,已被证明可在晚期胃癌化疗失败后明显延长癌症患者寿命,并且治疗效果十分显著。文章根据起始原料的不同对阿帕替尼及其重要中间体合成工艺路线详细地进行系统论述,对现有路线优缺点进行总结。
Apatinib, the only targeted oral therapy for gastric cancer, has been shown to significantly prolong the life span of patients with advanced gastric cancer after chemotherapy. In this paper, the synthetic route of Apatinib and its important intermediates is systematically discussed in detail according to the different starting raw materials, and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing route are summarized.
