摘要
以中国石油工程建设有限公司华北分公司承建的华港燃气集团有限公司的河间LNG调峰储备库项目薄膜罐建造为背景,介绍了国内陆上首座LNG薄膜罐维护系统在绝缘模块安装之前为提高安装精度及工作效率,采用激光跟踪仪结合Polyworks软件寻点、MOFA软件进行数据处理的方式进行打点划线工作。通过详细的操作步骤阐述具体的打点划线工艺,该工艺首次在陆上LNG薄膜罐施工中使用,对后续LNG薄膜罐建造中提高打点划线精度、提高工作效率有较高的实用价值和指导意义。
Based on the Membrane tank construction of Hejian LNG peak-load Storage project of Huagang Gas Group Co., Ltd.,undertaken by China Petroleum Engineering & Construction CORP. North China Company, this paper introduces the maintenance system of the first on shore LNG Membrane tank in China to improve installation accuracy and work efficiency before installing insulation modules. The laser tracker combined with Polyworks software searching and MOFA software data processing was used to Marking out. This process is first used in onshore LNG Membrane tank construction. It has higher practical value and guiding significance to improve the precision of dotted line and work efficiency in subsequent LNG Membrane tank construction.
