摘要
通过探究生活垃圾焚烧炉结焦产生的机理,分析其影响因素,从炉膛结构入手,采用CFD数值模拟技术对焚烧炉膛结构进行防结焦优化设计评估。结果表明,防结焦优化设计可有效改善、延缓焚烧炉喉口区域的结焦现象,并在北方某250 t/d生活垃圾焚烧炉实施防结焦的优化改造,运行一年多,期间未再因结焦而导致停炉,改造后的炉膛对料层燃烧、炉温控制等无不良影响,有效延长了生活垃圾焚烧炉的运行周期。
Exploring the mechanism of coking in MSW incinerator, analyzing its influencing factors, by the use of the CFD numerical simulation and evaluating the optimal design of the anti-coking furnace structure. Through the optimization and reform of a 250 t/d MSW incinerator in the north, and more than one year of stable operation, the results showed that the optimal design of anti-coking can effectively improve and delay the coking phenomenon in the throat area of the incinerator. The reformed incinerator no longer shut down due to coking, which effectively prolongs the operation period of the MSW incinerator.
