摘要
综合性大学办学框架内的教师教育一方面促进了教育学科的发展,另一方面却也导致了教师教育的边缘化。教师教育边缘化趋势是现代大学评价制度的结果。教师教育者在这样的评价体系中存在着学术性与职业性的专业发展不能很好兼顾的问题;制度引领、建立教师教育者专业标准,并根据标准规范这支队伍的专业发展是解决问题的关键。要走出综合性大学背景下教师教育边缘化困境,应加强教师教育质量评估及评估结果使用、实施教师分类发展和分类评价制度,既发挥综合性大学资源优势,又继承传统独立师范学院办学经验。
The teacher education in the organizational framework of comprehensive universities may boost the development of the educational disciplines.However,it may also tend to be marginalized.The trend of this marginalization results from modern university evaluation system in which teacher educators find it difficult to take account of both academic career and professionally oriented development.To solve this problem,it is crucial to formulate the professional development standards for teacher educators.To get teacher education out of the plight of marginalization in comprehensive universities,we should strengthen the teacher education appraisal and properly use the appraisal results by implementing the classified development and evaluation so that we can simultaneously make the best of the resources in comprehensive universities and inherit the good traditions in independent normal schools.
