摘要
提炼和践行办学主张是创建新型优质学校的有效路径。围绕“培养什么人”“做什么教育”“办什么学校”三个基本问题,学校可通过上层建构澄清办学主张,通过底层实践将办学主张贯彻到各项教育活动,通过中层论证揭示各项教育活动指向办学主张的内在脉络,以此推进学校的观念更新和实践发展,促使学校形成自觉的办学思想,培育特色的学校文化,实施系统的教育活动,创造丰厚的办学成果,逐步成为新型优质学校。
Refining and practicing school running proposal is an effective way to develop a new type high-quality school.Focusing on the three basic issues,which are“what kind of person to cultivate”“what kind of education to do”and“what kind of school to run”,a school clarifies the school running proposal through idea construction,implements the school running proposal to all of education activities through school practice,reveals the internal context of all education activities connecting to the school running proposal through logic demonstration,in order to promotes the concept renewal and practical development of the school,promotes the school to form a conscious school running ideology,cultivates school culture with characteristics,carrys out systematic education activities,creates rich school running achievement,and as a result,constantly moves towards new-high-quality school.
