不同规格解放眉足蟹对活性饵料的摄食选择性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨不同规格解放眉足蟹(Blepharipoda liberate Shen)的饵料需求,采用全人工养殖的1龄[头胸甲长(11.4±1.6)mm,体重(0.27±0.11)g]和2龄[头胸甲长(20.6±2.2)mm,体重(3.48±1.37)g]两种规格的解放眉足蟹为试验材料,开展其对卤虫(Artemia spp.)无节幼体和糠虾(Mysidacea)的72 h摄食试验。结果表明,各试验组解放眉足蟹存活率均为100%,1龄和2龄解放眉足蟹对卤虫无节幼体和糠虾均有摄食,其中1龄解放眉足蟹对卤虫无节幼体的摄食强于2龄,对糠虾的摄食弱于2龄。在解放眉足蟹人工养殖过程中,随着个体规格的增大,应及时进行饵料转换。 To investigate the diet requirement of Blepharipoda liberate Shen with different size,the 72h feeding experoments of B.liberate with two different sizes,including 1-year-old B.liberate[carapace length(11.4±1.6)mm,weight(0.27±0.11)g]and 2-year-old B.liberate[carapace length(20.6±2.2)mm,weight(3.48±1.37)g]on artemia nauplius and Mysidacea were conducted.The results showed that,the survival rates of B.liberate of different treats were 100%,both 1-year-old B.liberate and 2-year-old B.liberatefeed on artemia nauplius and Mysidacea,and 1-year-old B.liberate feed on more artemia nauplius than 2-year-old B.liberate,but less Mysidacea than 2-year-old B.liberate.With the growth of B.liberat,the diets need to be switched timely.
