奥硝唑联合AH plus糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Ornidazole Combined with AH Plus Paste in the Treatment of Chronic Apical Periodontitis

目的研究奥硝唑(ONZ)联合根管填充糊剂(AH plus糊剂)治疗慢性根尖周炎(CAP)的临床效果及对牙周指标、疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2020年7月至2021年7月商丘市梁园区疾病预防控制中心收治的146例CAP患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各73例。对照组接受ONZ糊剂治疗,观察组接受ONZ联合AH plus糊剂治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗1周后疼痛发生率、治疗1周后牙周袋深度、牙龈指数、菌斑指数、牙齿松动、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)水平。结果观察组总有效率[94.52%(69/73)]高于对照组[83.56%(61/73)],治疗1周后疼痛发生率[15.07%(11/73)]低于对照组[32.88%(24/73)],治疗1周后牙周袋深度、牙龈指数、菌斑指数、牙齿松动指数、血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ONZ联合AH plus糊剂治疗CAP疗效确切,能降低疼痛发生率和牙周指数,减轻炎症反应。

Objective To study the clinical effect of ornidazole(ONZ)combined with root canal filling paste(AH plus paste)in the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis(CAP)and its effect on periodontal indexes and pain level.Methods A total of 146 CAP patients admitted to Shangqiu Liangyuan District Center for Disease Control and Prevention from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 73 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ONZ paste,and the observation group was treated with ONZ combined with AH plus paste.The clinical efficacy,incidence of pain after 1 week of treatment,peripheral pocket depth,gingival index,plaque index,tooth loosening,serum hypersensitivity C reaction protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group[94.52%(69/73)]was higher than that of the control group[83.56%(61/73)],and the incidence of pain after 1 week of treatment[15.07%(11/73)]was lower than that of the control group[32.88%(24/73)],after 1 week of treatment,periodontal pocket depth,gingival index,plaque index,tooth loosening index,serum hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,IL-1βlevels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ONZ combined with AH plus paste is effective in the treatment of CAP,which can reduce the incidence of pain,periodontal index and inflammatory response.
