紧急宫颈环扎术治疗宫颈功能不全致宫颈扩张患者的效果

Efficacy of Emergency Cervical Cerclage in Treatment of CervicalDilatation Patients Caused by Cervical Insufficiency

目的探讨紧急宫颈环扎术治疗宫颈功能不全致宫颈扩张的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年10月就诊于漯河市召陵区人民医院的60例宫颈功能不全致宫颈扩张患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组接受常规保守治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受紧急宫颈环扎术治疗。比较两组延长孕周、妊娠终止孕周、分娩结局及新生儿情况。结果观察组延长孕周、妊娠终止孕周均长于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组自然分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组足月分娩率高于对照组,早产率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿出生时体质量大于对照组(P<0.05),新生儿存活率高于对照组(P<0.05),且新生儿出生后1、5 min时的Apgar评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论紧急宫颈环扎术应用于宫颈功能不全致宫颈扩张患者,可延长孕周,提高自然分娩率,改善新生儿结局。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of emergency cervical cerclage in treatment of cervical dilatation caused by cervical insufficiency.Methods A total of 60 patients with cervical dilatation caused by cervical insufficiency in Luohe Zhaoling District People’s Hospital from January 2019 to October 2021 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine conservative treatment,the observation group was treated with emergency cervical cerclage on the basis of the control group.The prolonged gestational weeks,gestational weeks after termination of pregnancy,delivery outcomes and neonatal conditions were compared between the two groups.Results The prolonged gestational weeks and gestational termination weeks of observation group were longer than those of control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the cesarean section rate was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The full-term delivery rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the preterm delivery rate was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The newborns of observation group were greater at birth than those of control group(P<0.05),and the neonatal survival rate was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the Apgar scores at 1 and 5 minutes after birth were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency cervical cerclage is effective in the treatment of cervical dilatation caused by cervical insufficiency,which is helpful to prolong the gestational weeks,improve the natural delivery rate and improve the neonatal outcome.
