巴曲酶与银杏叶提取物、甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合治疗突发性聋患者的效果

Effect of Batroxobin Combined with Ginkgo Biloba Extract,Methylprednisolone and Sodium Succinate on Patients with Sudden Deafness

目的分析巴曲酶与银杏叶提取物、甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合治疗突发性聋(SSNHL)患者的效果及对患者听阈改善、血流动力学及凝血功能的影响。方法收集永煤集团总医院2019年2月至2021年2月收治的78例SSNHL患者为研究对象。根据药物治疗方案,分为常规组(39例)和巴曲酶组(39例)。常规组接受银杏叶提取物注射液联合注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗,巴曲酶组接受巴曲酶、银杏叶提取物注射液和注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗。治疗15 d后,对比两组的治疗效果、听阈改善情况、血流动力学[全血粘度(WBV)、血浆粘度(PV)、红细胞聚集指数(RCAI)、血细胞比容(HCT)]及凝血功能[活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、血小板因子(PF)、凝血酶时间(TT)]。结果治疗15 d后,巴曲酶组总有效率高于常规组,且巴曲酶组的听力改善情况优于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗15 d后,两组WBV、PV、RCAI降低,巴曲酶组低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组HCT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗15 d后,两组APTT、PT、TT水平升高,巴曲酶组高于常规组;PF水平降低,巴曲酶组低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论巴曲酶与银杏叶提取物、甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合治疗SSNHL疗效确切,可有效恢复患者的听力水平,改善患者的血流动力学和凝血功能。

Objective To analyze the effects of batroxobin combined with Ginkgo biloba extract and methylprednisolone sodium succinate on the efficacy,hearing threshold improvement,hemodynamics and coagulation function of patients with sudden sensor-neural hearingloss(SSNHL).Methods A total of 78 SSNHL patients admitted to the General Hospital of Yongmei Group from February 2019 to February 2021 were collected as study subjects.According to the drug treatment scheme,they were divided into routine group(39 cases)and Batroxobin group(39 cases).The routine group received ginkgo biloba extract injection combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection,while the batroxobin group received batroxobin,ginkgo biloba extract injection and methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection.After 15 days of treatment,the therapeutic effect,improvement of hearing threshold,hemodynamics[whole blood viscosity(WBV),plasma viscosity(PV),erythrocyte aggregation index(RCAI),hematocrit(HCT)]and coagulation function[activated partial prothrombin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),platelet factor(PF),and thrombin time(TT)]were compared between the two groups.Results After 15 days of treatment,the total effective rate of batroxobin group was higher than that of routine group,and the hearing improvement of batroxobin group was better than that of routine group(P<0.05).After 15 days of treatment,WBV,PV and RCAI were decreased in both groups,and those in batroxobin group were lower than those in routine group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in HCT levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After 15 days of treatment,the levels of APTT,PT and TT in both groups were increased,and those in batroxobin group were higher than those in routine group,and PF level was lower in batroxobin group than that in routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Batroxobin combined with ginkgo biloba extract and methylprednisolone sodium succinate in the treatment of SSNHL has a definite effect,which can effectively restore the hearing level of patients,improve the hemodynamics and coagulation function of patients.
