头脑风暴法联合计划-执行-检查-处理模式在老年患者无痛胃镜检查中的应用效果

Application Effect of Brainstorming Method Combined with Plan-Do-Check-ActMode in Elderly Patients Undergoing Painless Gastroscopy

目的分析头脑风暴法联合计划-执行-检查-处理(PDCA)模式在老年患者无痛胃镜检查中的应用效果。方法选取中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八八医院收治的106例接受无痛胃镜检查的老年患者,根据随机数字表法分为常规护理组和联合护理组,各53例。常规护理组接受常规护理,联合护理组接受头脑风暴法联合PDCA模式。比较两组遵医行为、紧张程度、检查情况、护理质量及不良反应发生率。结果联合护理组遵医率高于常规护理组,中重度紧张发生率低于常规护理组,麻醉药用量少于常规护理组,检查时间短于常规护理组(P<0.05);联合护理组技术操作、服务态度、护理安全评分高于常规护理组,联合护理组不良反应发生率低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论头脑风暴法联合PDCA模式应用于无痛胃镜检查老年患者,不仅能提高患者遵医行为,缓解其紧张程度,还能减少患者不良反应的发生,缩短检查时间,改善护理质量。

Objective To analyze the application effect of brainstorming method combined with plan-do-check-act(PDCA)mode in elderly patients undergoing painless gastroscopy.Methods A total of 106 elderly patients who underwent painless gastroscopy in the 988th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army were selected and divided into routine nursing group and combined nursing group by random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The routine nursing group was given routine nursing,and the combined nursing group was given the brainstorming method combined with PDCA model.The medical compliance behavior,stress level,inspection situation,nursing quality and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance rate of the combined nursing group was higher than that of the routine nursing group,the incidence of moderate and severe stress was lower than that of the routine nursing group,and the anesthetic dosage was less than the routine nursing group,and the inspection time was shorter than the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The technical operations,service attitudes and nursing safety scores of the combined nursing group were higher than those of the routine nursing group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of brainstorming method combined with PDCA mode in elderly patients undergoing painless gastroscopy can not only improve the patient’s medical compliance behavior,relieve their tension,but also reduce the adverse reactions of patients,shorten the examination time,and improve the quality of nursing.
