基于风险评估管理的专职护理在妊娠高血压患者剖宫产孕妇中的应用

Application of Dedicated Nursing Care Based on Risk Assessment Management inWomen Undergoing Cesarean Section with Gestational Hypertension

目的探讨基于风险评估管理的专职护理在妊娠高血压(GH)剖宫产孕妇中的应用。方法选取在桐柏第三医院接受剖宫产术的86例GH患者,根据入院顺序分为对照组、观察组,各43例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受基于风险评估管理的专职护理。对比两组住院指标、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)评分、护理满意度及不良事件发生率。结果观察组首次下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组HAMA、PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于风险评估管理的专职护理可降低GH患者剖宫产术后不良事件发生风险,缓解患者焦虑情绪,改善睡眠质量,促进病情恢复,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of dedicated nursing care based on risk assessment management in women undergoing cesarean section with gestational hypertension(GH).Methods A total of 86 GH patients who underwent cesarean section in Tongbai Third Hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 43 cases in each group.The control group accepted conventional care,and the observation group accepted dedicated nursing care under risk assessment management on the basis of control group.The hospitalization index,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)scores,Pittsburgh sleep quality inventory(PSQI)scores,nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The time getting out of bed and hospital stay in observation group were shorter than in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the HAMA and PSQI scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dedicated nursing care under risk assessment management can reduce the risk of adverse events of GH patients after cesarean section,relieve patients’anxiety,improve sleep quality,facilitate recovery,and increase nursing satisfaction.
