摘要
目的探讨感恩拓延-建构理论疗法在尿毒症维持性血液透析(MHD)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至2021年3月焦作煤业(集团)有限责任公司中央医院收治的98例尿毒症MHD患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(49例)和观察组(49例)。对照组接受常规护理模式,观察组在对照组基础上接受感恩拓延-建构理论疗法。比较两组心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、感恩情绪(GQ-6)、自我管理量表评分。结果干预6个月后观察组GQ-6评分和自我管理量表总分高于对照组(P<0.05),SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论感恩拓延-建构理论疗法能激发尿毒症MHD患者感恩情绪,改善其心理状态,提高自我管理能力。
Objective To explore the application effects of gratitude extension-construction theory therapy in uremic maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods A total of 98 uremic MHD patients admitted to the Central Hospital of Jiaozuo Coal Industry(Group)Co.,Ltd.from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(49 cases)and the observation group(49 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing mode,and the observation group received gratitude extension-construction theory therapy on the basis of the control group.The psychological status[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],gratitude questionnaire(GQ-6),self-management scale score were compared between the two groups.Results After six months of intervention,the GQ-6 and self-management scale scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after six months of intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Gratitude extension-construction theory therapy can stimulate gratitude in uremic MHD patients,improve their psychological state,improve self-management ability.
